I can't BELIEVE that we're already in the middle of week 2 of March! Or that this is the third month of menu-planning in 2008. The year is flying by, I tell you. Before we know it, December will be upon us:)
This month, I had a tough time creating my menu. It was a challenge for me not to know my work schedule in the early stages of planning. I simply hate the idea of putting time and effort into making meal decisions, just to have them thrown to the wayside with an unexpected trip.
Thus the procrastination. And the posting on day 12 of the month.
The menu's finishing touches were added today (after an adjustment as I was unexpectedly home rather than in Vancouver), and I'm happy to say that I'm baking my meatballs as I type!

Hey, you have it up now and that's what counts. Busy travelers everywhere will read your menu and worship your organization and culinary genius! Or at least AMO, Samara and I will. :) Glad to see you're trying so many fun new recipes...you'll have to let us know how they work out!
