Audrey's February Menu

Although its almost silly to post this now (given that the month is more than half over!), as they say, Better Late Than Never!

When I created this menu, I knew that this month was going to find me away from home almost every week, so its a little sparse.

Also, I've had a lot of encouragement from Mark to include more Filipino-inspired dishes into the menu, so as I work through them (with many a phone call to my Dad, I'm sure), I'll try to post recipes that I think others might enjoy.
